HOW TO ORDER?

To purchase an item on our website, you must click on 'Add to Cart' button for the item you wish to purchase. Go to the ‘Cart’ page to review your items, then press ‘Checkout’. Once you have fill in all necessary details and proceed with the payment. You will receive your invoice through email.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE? WHAT COURIER DO YO USE?

Our shipping fee is fixed depending on what item you ordered. 

We are using LBC for 1-3 orders, while AP CARGO for bulk orders.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: We ship orders everyday. Give us time to check your payment and time to ship the item. Processing of orders for Credit Card Transactions may take up to 2 weeks.

The package will arrive 1-2 working days in NCR, while in Provincial it may take 1-3 days.

WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?

By Bank Deposits and Online Transfer to BDO and BPI only. You must provide the screenshot/confirmation of the transaction after you have made the payment.

By Remittances, LBC, PALAWAN, GCASH only.

By Credit Card Transaction (only in website).

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For defective and incorrect items, we have a 7-day exchange policy upon receipt of order. 

For returns, please email or message us in Facebook Page with your order number and information on the affected item also shipback process will be sent.
